Slight variations in quantity or placement may occur from one piece to the next, every setting is shaped by the artisan to honour the unique character of the casting. Born for you alone, no piece can be returned. Yet from client to client, Broken Hearts reserves the right to turn every request into the finest client experience you have ever had.
Tied to a date?
Handwork can ask for a few extra days. If your piece is a gift or bound to a date, order one to two weeks ahead and write to support@brokenhearts.co: it takes priority.
