FRAGMENTA

The program that exists nowhere else.

Every brand has points. We have fragments.

Not a loyalty program. A system beneath the surface, for those who stay, not those who pass.

Oil painting in the tenebrist manner: the goldsmith's bench seen low and close, its surface scattered with silver filings that glitter where the light crosses the wood
How it works
  1. 01

    You forge

Every purchase leaves its weight in fragments. The mark of what you chose.

Oil painting in the tenebrist manner: a worn brush sweeping silver filings across the bench toward the leather skin that catches what falls
  2. 02

    You gather

Fragments stay. They never expire. They grow in silence.

Oil painting in the tenebrist manner: a small corked glass phial on the bench, half filled with silver dust catching a single warm highlight
  3. 03

    You convert

When you want, the fragments are minted into a reward on the next piece, or they open what is not for sale. How to use them is yours to decide. What they weigh, you see in the register, once you are in.

Oil painting in the tenebrist manner: silver filings poured from folded paper onto the brass pan of a small jeweller's balance
Not only by buying
  • The first mark 10,000 fragments are already waiting for you: leave your email in the register and they are in your name, at rest until the first piece.
  • Coming back Three months of orders in a row, and you receive.
  • Your birthday A gift, every year.
The five degrees

Fragments are counted. Degrees are not: degrees are worn. They rise in marks, and a mark is a piece paid for; an order of three pieces leaves two. What you reach, you keep, and every degree keeps all it opened before.

  1. THE OUTSIDER

    You are here
    No piece yet

You crossed the orbit. Something called you.

    • The key: 10,000 fragments in your name, at rest.
    • They wake with the first piece. Until then they do not mint.
  2. THE ADMIRER

    One piece

The first piece is never forgotten. It decides all the others.

    • Your concierge: one person, with a name, assigned after the first piece and yours from then on.
    • Your name in the register of the maison.
    • The fragments wake: they mint when you want, on the piece you want.
    • New pieces, announced before they are public.
  3. THE COLLECTOR

    Two marks

The second piece is the one nobody talks you into.

    • Forty-eight hours before anyone, on every release.
    • The Black Box: the maison's concrete box, with every order.
  4. THE DEVOTED

    Three marks

You do not come back by chance. From here on the maison decides with you.

    • Engravings are offered: you ask your concierge.
    • Previews and new releases through your concierge, before they exist for others.
    • The maison's official campaigns, before anyone.
    • Precedence when a piece is contested.
  5. THE KEEPER

    Five marks

Keeper. Not how much you took. How much you kept.

    • You have arrived: from here on the maison treats you as one of the house.
    • The reserved: the packaging and the attentions that never leave the maison.
    • Your concierge already knows what is yours, before you ask.

A degree does not drop. A mark stays a mark even if the piece comes back, and every degree keeps all it opened before.

No one will ask you to share, review, follow, invite. There is no wheel to spin. There are no games.

Buy once, you receive. Come back, you gather. Stay, and you are treated as no brand treats anyone.

We did not build it to sell more. We built it because those who believe in what we make deserve something no one else will give them.

Your balance lives in the register, at the bottom of every page. When you want the number, it is there.

10,000 fragments are already waiting for you.

There is a degree that has no threshold. It is not counted and it is not asked for: it is decided, by a person, one name at a time. It has no place inside your account. If you are in it, someone told you, and it was not this page.
