Write to the concierge, by email or on WhatsApp. Tell us who the person is, how to reach them and for when. You pay for the gift through the concierge: your part ends there.

The first contact
A BROKEN HEARTS concierge agent contacts the person on your behalf, and from then on follows only them. No code to redeem, no cart: a conversation.

The piece
They choose the piece with the agent, and it can carry an engraving: a date, a name, a word. They give their own size, and resizing stays free for ever. If the piece must not exist yet, it is born from the dialogue.

The day
The agent sets the date with the forge, around its closures: the date we give is a date we keep.

The arrival
It arrives from you, in LIMEN, the maison’s leather bag. If it carries natural stones, the concierge issues its numbered Stone Card, in digital form.

After
From that day the piece is under the Custody of the maison, guaranteed for life.
