Solid 14kt gold, hand-forged and brought to a satin Aureum finish, shaped as a shield-form signet ring, protection worn as memory of what it cost. One lab-grown diamond, brilliant cut, 1.00ct, is held at the centre, survival worn as light, not weight. One of a kind, no setting repeats another.
