These General Conditions of Sale govern all commercial relationships established through our Site and are an integral part of every order.
Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Conditions. Any exceptions or special conditions will be valid only if agreed upon in writing with KEOP.
KEOP reserves the right not to process orders that contain conditions that differ from those established herein.
Our jewelry represents the excellence of Italian craftsmanship, crafted exclusively in 925/1000 silver by master goldsmiths according to the highest quality standards.
Each product page provides a detailed description, dimensions, weight in grams, type of finish, and price. The photographs are professionally taken to faithfully represent every detail.
Note on materials: The 925 silver used contains nickel levels significantly lower than the limits established by Regulation (EU) 1907/2006. Slight color variations may depend on monitor calibration or the natural oxidation process of silver.
Customization: We offer laser engraving and special sizes upon request. Delivery times are extended by 3-5 business days, and customized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal (see art. 11.6).

Delivery: The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you are absent, the package will be deposited at the nearest pick-up point or at the courier's distribution center.
Transfer of risk: This occurs upon delivery to the Customer or a person designated by the customer. Any anomalies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation.
