Anatomy of a wound
Oxidized 925 silver aged with deep oxidation, shaped as a ring set with three stones in line — three twilights pressed into silver, woven close. Three purple stones in brilliant cut held along the line (0.12ct total), violet ink on silver skin in three dusks.

Chiaroscuro
Chiaroscuro is the Broken Hearts signature finish, the light and shadow Caravaggio brought to Naples: light tearing form out of the dark. Every surface is burnished by hand so the shadow stays in the grooves and the light catches the relief. No two pieces carry it the same way.

Each stone is selected by hand and set individually. Slight variations in quantity or placement may occur from one piece to the next, every setting is shaped by the artisan to honour the unique character of the casting.
